Our shipping rates are as follows: Australia post.
All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Balloons! Parties! Hire! Offers our customers a flat postage and handling fee of just $9.95 regular post (GST included) per delivery to any location in Australia. Occasionally, we may need to charge a higher postage due to the total weight of your items, bulkiness of items or other reasons. When reviewing your order, should additional charges need to be added, we will contact you immediately.
Note: Pinatas and 30m room rolls / tablecloth delivered outside Melbourne will incur an additional postage fee. This will be calculated after an order has been placed depending on Shipping Address.
Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been cleared into our account, your order will be dispatched. Delivery is by Australia Post (Regular Post).
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Balloons! Parties! Hire!. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item
